Appointments & Grace Period

All services are by appointment only. Please arrive on time — a 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after 15 minutes may require rescheduling to ensure quality service for all clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service or forfeit the appointment.

Late Arrival Fees

If you arrive late and choose to proceed, a late fee of 25% of the total service will be applied.

If you arrive late and choose not to proceed, 50% of the service total will be added to your client profile and must be paid upon return.

Missed appointments or cancellations without proper notice will be recorded, and future bookings may require confirmation prior to scheduling.

Hair Extensions

All hair extension services require a consultation before booking. During the consultation, hair extensions must be purchased upfront. Once purchased, extensions are non-refundable.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify Collective Crown Studio within 7 days of your appointment. This allows time to address concerns and provide a resolution, whether it be an adjustment, consultation, or guidance for at-home care.

Payment

Collective Crown Studio operates as a cashless salon for service payments. We accept all major credit cards, tap-to-pay, Venmo, and Zelle.
Cash is accepted for tips only, not for services — this ensures accurate records, transparency, and proper documentation of all transactions.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late (beyond the 15-minute grace period), your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or your service may be shortened.

Hair Care & Maintenance

To maintain results from treatments like hair extensions, Keratin Complex, or Brazilian Blowouts, please follow the aftercare instructions provided. Collective Crown Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.
